Meeting Minutes – 04/15/14
CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Dick Durbin.
MEMBERS PRESENT: John Beal, Billy Owens, Dallas Johnson, Dick Durbin, Brooks Woodward, John Rudolph, John Vickers, Rick Johnson, Mike Thomas, Les Shope, Dusty Stacy, Justin Sutton, Larry Morris, Kevin Copland (P), Bryce Harvey (P) Phong Nguyen (P).
MEETING AGENDA: The meeting agenda was reviewed. It was accepted by general consensus.
PRIOR MEETING MINUTES: Dick Durbin advised that there were no minutes from the meeting of 04/01/2014, as there was no quorum. He advised that the minutes of the 03/18/2014 meeting had been posted on the web site. He asked if there were any changes. There were none. Rick Johnson moved to accept the minutes as posted; Brooks Woodward seconded the motion. The motion passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer John Rudolph provided the following treasurer’s report:

$1,173.87John Vickers moved to accept the treasurer’s report; Mike Thomas seconded the motion. The treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

TOURNAMENT CHAIRMAN’S REPORT:
Tournament chairman Les Shope presented the results of the Lake Seminole tournament held on 03/22/2014.

Les ShopeLes also conducted the draw for the upcoming tournament to be held on Lake Eufala. The tournament is scheduled for Sunday, 04/27/14, and will be out of Georgetown. Times are safe daylight to 4:00 p.m. EDT. Pairings are as follows:

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Dick announced that the next meeting is scheduled for 05/06/14.
DOLLAR POT: The dollar pot was won by Rick Johnson.
ADJOURN: There being no further business, John Vickers moved that the meeting be adjourned; this motion was seconded by John Rudolph. The meeting was adjourned at 8:23 p.m.
